I obtained my law degree at university of Limpopo and attended school for legal practice Polokwane.

2011 – 2017

I completed my articles of clerkship and admitted as an attorney in 2011 and started practicing as a professional assistant.

2017 – to date

I am currently practicing on my own account under the name abs style Mmakola Matsimela Inc. I am also a member of disciplinary and investigation committee at the legal practice council Limpopo. I’m also instructor at the School for Legal Practice Polokwane.

Mohlahlo Derrick Mowedi is an admitted practicing attorney and sole director of the firm Mohlahlo D.M Attorneys based in Polokwane, Limpopo Province, South Africa. He obtained an LLB degree from the University of Limpopo in 2009.

He served Articles at Makgoba Kgomo Makgaleng incorporated Attorneys from January 2011 and was admitted as an Attorney on the 28^th September 2012. He continued to work as a Professional Assistant for the same firm until June 2017.

He then joined the firm Mathobo Rambau & Sigogo Attorneys in July 2017 and continued to be in their employ until December 2019. He further joined the firm FM Maluleka Incorporated attorneys from January 2020 until January 2021. He is currently the sole Director of the firm Mohlahlo D.M Attorneys and he has been running the firm since February 2021 to date.

He is the co-founder and Secretary of Moth Skills Development and Training Center Forum. A Non-profit organization aimed at enhancing the skills of youth within the community and supporting small and medium businesses to archive their goals.

Madihlabe Caroline Makgobatlou is a female admitted attorney who obtained LLB from University of Limpopo in 2015, Attended law school in 2015 in Polokwane, admitted as attorney in 2020 and attended advanced trial advocacy in 2021 and obtained right of appearance in the High Court. She served her articles with Mashabela Attorneys Inc in Polokwane from 2017, retained in the same firm as Professional assistant dealing on day to day with Civil and criminal litigations, heading family law and estate departments. She appeared in both Magistrate Courts, CCMA and High Courts. She further obtained PMT certificate and Debt collection certificate. She is responsible for lodging estate matters, litigations, research, drafting of pleadings, contracts and Third party claims both RAF, Claims against Minister of Police and Medical malpractice. She served as acting Senior associate during my stay at Mashabela Attorneys Inc.

She is currently a director of Madihlabe Makgobatlou Attorneys Inc since 2023, serving as Secretary of PLPA for the second term. I am a young lady determined to efficiently serve with integrity and excellence.

Served articles at Rachoene Attorneys from 2010 until my admission in 2012. Retained as a professional assistant upon admission. Subsequently a senior associate.

Currently serving as member of the investigation committee of the Legal Practice Council- Limpopo Province and the member of the Tax committee of the LSSA .

Mrs. Mamaretele Beatrice Mkhombo obtained her LLB degree from University of Limpopo in 2001 and served the Legal aid Board of South Africa as a candidate Attorney from June 2002-May 2004. Her role was to represent clients in magistrate courts attending to civil matters, criminal matters and attending to family matters; In May 2004-october 2004 she was appointed by the National Department of Justice on a contract basis as Legal Administration Officer to institute legal actions on behalf of the department, provide legal advice to the department, interpretation of legislation and contracts. Prepared legal opinions on behalf of the department, administrations of garnishee orders, liaising with the state Attorney and consultation with state employees and General office work. Provided services efficiently and with high level of accuracy and integrity based on the Batho Pele principles.

graduated from the University of Venda. He was employed by the department of education in 2010 under the internship programme. He commenced his articles of clerkship with Maake Kganyago Attorneys in 2012 and subsequently admitted on the 09 February 2015. In 2017 he started practicing under the name and style H Masindi Attorneys, later changed to H Masindi Mandiwana Attorneys.
